Membership

There are two types of membership: Free membership and Fee-paying membership.

Free Membership

All staff and students of the college are eligible for free membership of the library. The student identity card and staff identity card serve as the library membership card.

Fee-paying Membership

Any individual not eligible for free membership can request library membership by paying an annual fee of Nu. 500/- (Five Hundred only). This fee does not include the cost of the card.

1. The membership is valid for one year and can be renewed.
2. To apply, fill in the form in Appendix I and submit it to the circulation desk.
3. The fee can be paid at the circulation desk.
4. An acknowledgment receipt should be obtained upon payment.
